Refund policy
We have a strict 7-day return policy, which means you have exactly 7 calendar days after receiving your item to formally request a return authorization. Requests initiated outside this 7-day window are structurally ineligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
To be eligible for an approved return, your item must remain in its pristine factory state. It must be completely unused, unmounted, and unmodified. All original tags, high-gloss surface protective films, and structural packaging must remain fully intact and undamaged. You will also need to provide the original digital invoice or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be authorized prior to shipping and sent exclusively to the following address: 1761 E Woodridge Cir, West Covina, CA 91792. Unauthorized shipments sent to our facility without an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be flatly rejected.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fees For elective returns (e.g., buyer's remorse, changing aesthetic direction, or ordering an incorrect chassis configuration), Korsa LLC will provide a prepaid carrier shipping label. The exact real-time cost of this return shipping label, alongside a flat 15% restocking fee, will be mathematically deducted from your final refund amount.
Absolute Exclusions & Disqualifications Because aftermarket modifications require absolute precision, the following conditions immediately nullify return eligibility:

Any part showing tool marks, double-sided tape residue, clip abrasions, scuffs, or surface scratches incurred during test-fitting attempts.

Parts that have been custom-painted, sanded, clear-coated, drilled, or wrapped by the consumer or an unapproved facility.

Special-order items, custom paint-matched variants, pre-orders, clearance inventory, or sale items.

Gift cards and promotional digital assets.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, consumers retain a statutory right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason. As above, the item must explicitly maintain pristine baseline parameters (unmounted, unused, with all original protective packaging and tags intact).
Refunds We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or rejected. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that individual banking institutions may require an additional 2 to 5 processing days to clear and post funds to your statement. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@shopkorsa.com.
