Shipping policy

Shipment Processing Times All standard inventory orders are processed and securely packed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays). High-volume intervals or custom pre-order components are bound to separate manufacturing lead times explicitly outlined on their dedicated product pages.

If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order due to carrier constraints, we will contact you immediately via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates All freight is routed via tier-one carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Shipping charges for your order are dynamically calculated at checkout based on cubic box volume, length, and weight metrics.

  • Standard Ground Delivery: 3–7 Business Days

  • Expedited Freight Delivery: 2–3 Business Days

  • Overnight Delivery: 1 Business Day (Available upon custom request)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather or nationwide carrier backlogs.

Geographic Shipping Restrictions Due to the dimensional thresholds of aerodynamic vehicle upgrades (such as front splitters, diffusers, side skirts, and spoilers), Korsa cannot ship oversized components to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO destinations. Orders specifying these delivery locations will be placed on an administrative hold pending the acquisition of a verified commercial or residential physical address.

Crucial Transit Damage Protocol Korsa conducts independent quality assurance reviews on 100% of outward-bound carbon fiber weaves and ABS plastics to guarantee flawless clear coats and tab structures before transit.

The customer assumes full responsibility for inspecting package exterior integrity immediately upon carrier handoff. If a component arrives cracked, bent, or visibly compromised by the carrier:

  1. Capture immediate high-resolution photographic proof of the unboxed item and the raw shipping container.

  2. Transmit the photographic data to alexmagana8@icloud.com within 48 hours of verified delivery.

  3. DO NOT attempt to install, tape, or mock-up the damaged component on a vehicle. Installation attempts constitute a formal acceptance of the part's condition, entirely waiving transit damage claims.
